A great addition! The supplement works wonderfully. For anyone needing to improve their skin condition, I highly recommend it. Gradually, cellulite diminishes. On the advice of an Oxford-trained nutritional expert, I take it during my training sessions. The weight loss effect is evident but not rapid due to my age. My skin has tightened with weight loss through a combination of cardio and strength training. I recommend it. If you feel ill, don’t skip workouts; take RESVERATROL with VITAMIN C.

It helped with weight loss. It may be coincidental, but the onset of taking it coincided with a decrease in my appetite, making it easier to adapt to proper nutrition!
